Our goal is to provide alternative options that promote vibrant reproductive health and balanced living. Inevitably, much of this journey has been spent looking outside ourselves for the answers. Kathryn Simmons has studied nutrition under Paul Pitchford, author of Healing with Whole Foods, and collaborated with Dr. Lewis to create TCM Nutrition & Lifestyle consultations to support you on your fertility journey. Program Details The first consultation lasts approximately one hour and includes a comprehensive diet analysis and a look at your current health concerns, lifestyle habits and goals. During this consultation we will come up with some recommendations to get you started on your new program. The fee for the first consult is $125.00. ONGOING CONSULTS $75- approximately one half hour
* Those who have attended a Fertile Soul Retreat will already have their initial diagnosis, so may sign up for the ongoing consults Dr. Lewis wishes she could continue to consult with every patient herself, but she realizes her limitations and continuing with the previous form of the Advisors Program would not serve the best interest of those patients. That is why she has entrusted the program to her colleagues at The Fertile Soul Institute, and she will continue to provide support through her staff without speaking directly with each patient.
The Fertile Soul Method Triad ProgramThe Fertile Soul Method Triad is now available. It combines all consults The Fertile Soul provides – Advisor Program (Acupuncture/Herbal consults), Nutritional Consults and Wellness Coaching. Ideally, one would sign up for our Fertile Soul Method Triad, in order to work with our team in a fully, holistic comprehensive manner for support during the three months required for egg maturation. This approach provides the most dramatic results in the mind/body aspects of fertility enhancement. Fertile Soul Method Triad consists of three month support in the Advisor (Acupuncture/Herbal) Program, the Nutritional Program and the Wellness Coaching Program with initial hour-long consults followed by 1/2 hour support consults in all three programs. The Triad program provides a discount of $100 than if purchased separately. (Please note all consults will be scheduled on a monthly basis) and must be used within a four month period. In the nutritional consultation we will come up with a program specifically tailored to your needs and goals. This is a holistic approach that considers lifestyle patterns by accessing awareness practices, exercise frequency, and food choices to create a program which supports the individual and fits in realistically to their daily schedule. By incorporating delicious whole foods, regular exercise and awareness practices energy reservoirs will be replenished, a new level of emotional stability will be experienced and the internal processes of the body will be optimally supported to smooth hormonal balance and support conception.
