The Fertile Soul Cancellation Policy

Recorded Event Coordination -

The Fertile Soul, LLC retains the right to cancel, alter, deny, and/or amend all events, dates/times, locations, and/or services. There are NO refunds for recorded material purchased through The Fertile Soul. Instructions will be supplied to view the recording, however, The Fertile Soul is not responsible for systems that cannot view the material after purchase – guests are required to use the ADOBE CONNECT TEST link supplied on the retreat page prior to purchase to ensure your device is capable of viewing the recording.

Live Event Coordination – The Fertile Soul, LLC

The Fertile Soul, LLC retains the right to cancel, alter, deny, and/or amend all events, dates/times, locations, and/or services. If extenuating circumstance apply, we will do our best to give ample notice of any impending changes to the event coordination. Please plan accordingly for all events, both online and/or onsite.

Both Onsite and Online events will require minimum registrations to be met in order to host the event. Minimums will be posted on the event page and may vary between events. If this criteria is not met 7 days prior to the event, The Fertile Soul may choose to cancel or alter the event dates. Each registrant will have the option to register for the next available event or receive a full tuition refund (minus any services already provided – i.e. TCM consult or Nutrition consult previously completed).

Full tuition (or partial, if applicable) will be reimbursed for any cancellation and/or amendment to an event caused by The Fertile Soul, LLC.

Retreat Cancellation/Postponement – Event Guests

Cancellations made from the time of booking until 35 calendar days prior to the purchased event will result in an administrative and credit card processing charge of 10% of the total event price.

Cancellations made from 35 to 15 days prior to the purchased event will result in a charge of 50% of the total event price.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged 100% of the total price.

If circumstances arise that require you to postpone your attendance, whenever possible we will fill your space and reschedule you with no penalty, except that you will be responsible for all lodging, meal and/or treatment service commitments incurred on your behalf, if applicable (onsite events).

These Retreat Cancellation Policy terms constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and Fertile Soul with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Retreat Cancellation Policy will be effective only if in writing and signed by The Fertile Soul.

THE SECTION TITLES IN THE RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY ARE FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY AND HAVE NO LEGAL OR CONTRACTUAL EFFECT.
