Retreat Pricing Structure - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

The base retreat price for each participant is as follows. Hotel facilities vary by retreat and accommodations are paid directly to the hotel – scroll down for details regarding accommodations as part of registration for each retreat. The base retreat price includes the full retreat program led personally by Dr. Lewis over the course of the 4 days and 3 nights (approximately 25 hours of sessions). Read more about the retreat experience and some of the facilities here. When you register for a retreat, you will be charged approximately 2/3 of the full price as indicated further down the registration page. Your registration indicates that you have read our cancellation policy.

The fee balance displayed will be charged to the credit card we have on file for you 21 days before the retreat or shortly after your registration if you register less than three weeks out. Please contact jodie@thefertilesoul.com following registration if you wish to use an alternate form of payment for the second installment. All retreat services must be paid in full by five days prior to the start of retreat.

Prices are for the retreat and treatments during retreat only with a limited amount of follow-up after retreat if you have questions. Options for ongoing support following retreat will be explained at retreat.

At the same time that you make your retreat reservation below, please also decide whether you wish to register for an individual traditional Chinese medicine evaluation/acupuncture treatment and comprehensive take-home treatment plan that includes a custom herbal prescription based on your individual diagnosis along with a phone consult post-retreat for an additional $185. The evaluation is conducted by a member of Dr. Lewis’ senior staff and Dr. Lewis reviews and confirms all treatment plans. The herbal prescriptions may be purchased through our recommended pharmacy (www.kamwo.com) or from the herbalist of your choosing. Please register early for the most flexible treatment times and options. Availability and scheduling of services purchased fewer than five days prior to the retreat start date are not guaranteed.

The "Retreat Package" will guarantee your place with The Fertile Soul room block in the Vanderbilt Executive Tower of the hotel - our block will ensure that everyone is close to each other and will feel like part of the group. This package will also include Breakfast and a private Spleen Qi Lunch (prepared by their executive chef) served from Saturday until the retreat close on Monday - we will break from our meetings in the early evening and the group will be free to make their own dinner arrangements at any of the local restaurants in the Village or Downtown. The meeting space will also provide beverages (water and herbal teas) and have snacks available throughout the day. You will receive more information upon your reservation or feel free to contact us at any time!
